A brand new T-Swirl Crepe location has opened in the Village at New Loudon, the very first in the Capital Region. This recently developed center sits on Route 9 just north of Newton Plaza and is already home to a Dunkin’ Donuts and Burger 21. In addition, new luxury residences are still being constructed along the back of the property.
