Trinity Realty Group is pleased to announced two recent deals that occurred at Dollar Tree Plaza in Troy, NY. Slated to open in late 2016, MetroPCS, a national telecommunications company, will be taking approximately 1,000 SF at the left end of the plaza. The second deal will be taking the left side endcap directly next to MetroPCS and will see Vito’s Italian Cafe also taking approximately 1,000 SF. They are targeting a March 2017 opening for what will be their second Capital Region location.
