TRG is pleased to announce that Dollar Tree will be expanding their current location in the Newburgh Towne Center in Newburgh, NY.
The expansion will see them take an extra 1,800 SF, moving them up from 8,000 SF to 9,800 SF. This move fits their prototypical model better and allows them to stay in a shopping center that has seen them perform well for many years.
Andrew Peckage represented Dollar Tree on the tenant side of the deal.
