The new construction deal places the relocating Five Guys next to Chipotle, who makes their debut in the Fishkill market. The site is situated on a pad site in front of Hudson Valley Towne Center with great visibility and exposure on the heavily trafficked Route 9.
Andrew Peckage represented Five Guys on the tenant side of the deal.
